Is this therapy?

No. CosFi courses are educational and made for self-reflection. They don't replace medical or psychological care — and I'll never pretend they do. If you're in crisis, please reach out to a professional first. The courses will still be here.

Do I need to know anything about astrology?

Not a thing. The work is built on elemental archetypes — Water, Air, Earth, Fire — explained in plain language. If you can recognize yourself in a description, you have all the qualifications you need.

Is this only for women?

Anyone seeking growth is welcome. But I built this curriculum for women, from firsthand understanding of their relational lives — so that's who I speak to.

I'm not in a relationship right now. Is this still for me?

How much time does it take?
