Questions women ask before they start

Is this therapy?

No. CosFi courses are educational and made for self-reflection. They don't replace medical or psychological care — and I'll never pretend they do. If you're in crisis, please reach out to a professional first. The courses will still be here.

Do I need to know anything about astrology?

Not a thing. The work is built on elemental archetypes — Water, Air, Earth, Fire — explained in plain language. If you can recognize yourself in a description, you have all the qualifications you need.

Is this only for women?

Anyone seeking growth is welcome. But I built this curriculum for women, from firsthand understanding of their relational lives — so that's who I speak to.

I'm not in a relationship right now. Is this still for me?

Yes — maybe especially now. Your blueprint shows up in every relationship: family, friends, colleagues, and the one with yourself. And decoding it between partners means the next connection starts on very different ground.

How much time does it take?

The quiz takes about five minutes. The Audit is five short modules — you can see your pattern in an afternoon, then keep coming back to it. The Pattern Breaker runs over four weekly online video modules at your own rhythm, plus one live Q&A session per week (around 45 minutes, never longer than an hour).

In which languages are the courses available?

The program is built to be available in English, Spanish, and German. Course pages tell you which versions are currently ready.

How long do I have access?

The Audit gives you 6 months of access to the course platform — more than enough to work through it several times. The Pattern Breaker gives you a full 12 months. Everything downloadable, like the SOS Shield audio, is yours to keep forever. And the upcoming MEET YOURSELF to BE YOURSELF membership will include ongoing access to everything, for as long as you're a member.

What about refunds?
