Terms & Conditions · Disclaimer · Privacy Policy · Refund Policy
These policies govern all access to and purchases of digital educational products offered by CosFi LLC. By accessing the website or purchasing any course, you agree to be bound by these terms. These documents have been drafted to comply with U.S. law (New Mexico), GDPR (EU/EEA), and the UK GDPR, as applicable. Please read them carefully.
Our courses are educational — not therapy, not medical advice. We never sell your data, and you can unsubscribe or ask us to delete it anytime. The full details are below:
Terms & Conditions · Disclaimer · Privacy Policy · Refund Policy
IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY BEFORE ACCESSING OR PURCHASING ANY PRODUCTS OR SERVICES. BY ACCESSING THIS WEBSITE, ENROLLING IN A COURSE, OR COMPLETING A PURCHASE, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS IN THEIR ENTIRETY.
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," "your") and Aurora Rising Astrology LLC, a New Mexico limited liability company doing business as CosFi LLC ("Company," "we," "us," "our"), with its principal place of business in the State of New Mexico, United States of America.
These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and purchasers who access or use our website, digital products, courses, and any associated services (collectively, the Services). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Services.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or prominent notice on our website.
CosFi LLC provides digital educational courses, self-development content, and related materials focusing on personal growth, self-awareness, and the study of elemental archetypes in human relationships. Our flagship product line operates under the trademark 'Cosmic Fingerprint – MEET YOURSELF™,' pending registration.
All courses are delivered digitally through our course hosting platform (currently Teachable) and are intended for educational and personal development purposes only. The Company does not provide professional psychological, therapeutic, psychiatric, financial, or legal advice of any kind.
To use our Services, you must:
While our courses are principally designed for women, we do not discriminate on the basis of gender, and all adults who meet eligibility requirements may purchase and access our content.
Access to purchased courses requires the creation of an account on our course platform. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Account credentials are personal and non-transferable. Sharing your account credentials or allowing third parties to access purchased content through your account constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination without refund.
All content within our Services — including but not limited to course materials, videos, audio recordings, workbooks, written texts, graphics, trademarks (including 'Cosmic Fingerprint – MEET YOURSELF™' and 'CosFi'), trade names, and proprietary methodologies — is the exclusive intellectual property of Aurora Rising Astrology LLC (d/b/a CosFi LLC) and is protected under applicable U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
Upon purchase of a course, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the purchased content solely for your personal, non-commercial educational use. This license does not constitute a sale or transfer of intellectual property rights.
You expressly agree not to:
Any unauthorized use of our intellectual property will result in immediate account termination, may give rise to civil liability, and may be reported to relevant authorities.
In connection with your use of the Services, you agree not to:
Prices displayed on our website and sales pages are exclusive of taxes. Any applicable sales tax, VAT, or digital services tax is calculated and added at checkout based on your country or jurisdiction, and the final amount including taxes is shown to you before you confirm your purchase. We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time; however, price changes will not affect confirmed purchases.
Our course platform provider, Teachable, acts as the Merchant of Record for purchases: it processes your payment securely and is responsible for calculating, collecting, and remitting applicable taxes in accordance with local regulations. We do not store your payment card information on our servers. By submitting a payment, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.
In the event of a chargeback or payment dispute filed without first contacting us to resolve the matter, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and pursue recovery of amounts owed.
Our Services integrate with third-party platforms including our course hosting provider and payment processor. These third parties operate under their own terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices, availability, or content of third-party services. Links to third-party websites do not constitute endorsement.
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN 'AS IS' AND 'AS AVAILABLE' BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW. THE COMPANY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that: (a) the Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free; (b) the results that may be obtained from use of the Services will be accurate or reliable; or (c) the quality of any content, information, or materials obtained through the Services will meet your expectations.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL COSFI LLC, ITS MEMBERS, MANAGERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES — INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES — ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SERVICES.
Our total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or related to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the total amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for certain damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the greatest extent permitted by applicable law.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CosFi LLC and its members, managers, employees, agents, licensors, and successors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of or access to the Services; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party rights; or (d) any content you submit or transmit through the Services.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through informal negotiation. If informal resolution fails, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in New Mexico in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, with proceedings conducted in English.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent unauthorized use of intellectual property or other irreparable harm.
For Users located in the European Union or United Kingdom, nothing in these Terms limits your rights to bring a claim before your local consumer protection authority or courts as provided by applicable consumer protection law.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Disclaimer, and Refund Policy (incorporated herein by reference), constitute the entire agreement between you and CosFi LLC with respect to the Services and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed if modification is not possible, without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.

READ CAREFULLY. This Disclaimer is an integral part of the legal framework governing your use of CosFi LLC's products and services. It defines the nature and limits of the content we provide.
All courses, materials, workbooks, videos, audio recordings, written content, and any other resources offered by CosFi LLC under the brand names 'Cosmic Fingerprint,' 'MEET YOURSELF,' and affiliated products are provided exclusively for educational, informational, and personal development purposes.
Our content draws on symbolic and archetypal frameworks from Western astrology, Jungian shadow psychology, and elemental theory as tools for self-reflection and pattern recognition in personal relationships. These frameworks are presented as educational lenses — not as predictive systems, scientific methodologies, or clinical therapies.
NOTHING contained in our courses, materials, or communications — whether written, audio, video, or live — constitutes, or is intended to constitute, professional advice of any kind. Specifically:
Astrology, as presented in our courses, is a system of symbolic and archetypal interpretation with roots spanning thousands of years across multiple civilizations. We present it as a tool for self-inquiry and pattern recognition — not as a predictive science.
The elemental patterns (Water, Air, Fire, Earth) and archetypal constructs discussed in our courses are metaphorical and symbolic frameworks intended to support self-awareness and reflective inquiry. Individual results, insights, and personal applications will vary significantly.
We make no claim that astrological interpretation is a scientifically validated predictive methodology. Any outcomes, insights, or changes experienced as a result of engaging with our content are the result of your own reflection, self-inquiry, and personal work.
By accessing our Services, you acknowledge and agree that:
Our course materials may address topics including, but not limited to: narcissistic abuse, emotional manipulation, codependency, relational shadow dynamics, and recovery from abusive relationships. These topics are addressed from an educational and experiential standpoint grounded in the lived experience of the course creator.
If you are currently in an unsafe situation, experiencing a mental health crisis, or have a history of significant trauma, we strongly encourage you to seek support from a licensed mental health professional before, during, or in addition to engaging with our content.
In the event of a crisis, please contact your local emergency services or a mental health crisis line immediately.
Any testimonials, case studies, or examples of personal transformation referenced in our marketing materials or course content represent individual experiences and outcomes. They are not guarantees of similar results for any individual user. Personal development outcomes depend on a multitude of individual factors including, but not limited to, personal history, commitment, application of material, and external circumstances.
We make reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy of the content we provide. However, we do not warrant that course content will be free of errors, omissions, or inaccuracies. Astrological interpretation involves subjective analysis, and interpretive frameworks may differ across traditions and practitioners.
Any references to third-party books, practitioners, researchers, or methodologies within our content are for educational context only and do not constitute endorsement of those parties or their full bodies of work.

This Privacy Policy applies to all users globally, including those in the European Union, European Economic Area, United Kingdom, and other jurisdictions with comprehensive data protection laws. Where applicable, this Policy reflects the requirements of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) (Regulation 2016/679) and the UK GDPR as retained in domestic UK law.
The data controller responsible for your personal data is: CosFi LLC (Tradename) / Aurora Rising Astrology LLC (Registered entity) in the State of New Mexico, United States of America.
Email: legal@cosfi.net · Website: www.cosfi.net
Where required by the GDPR or UK GDPR, we commit to designating a representative in the EU/UK upon reaching applicable thresholds for such designation. Until such appointment, EU/EEA and UK data subjects may contact us directly at the email above to exercise their rights.
2.1 Data You Provide Directly: Identity data (name, display name); contact data (email address, country of residence); account data (username, password — stored in hashed form by our platform provider); transaction data (purchase history, course enrollment records); communications data (messages you send us via email or contact forms); and any personal information you voluntarily share in course exercises or submitted materials.
2.2 Data Collected Automatically: Technical data (IP address, browser type and version, operating system, device type); usage data (pages visited, time on site, click behavior, course progress); cookie data as described in Section 7 below.
2.3 Data from Third Parties: Payment data — our payment processor collects and processes your payment card information directly; we receive only transaction confirmation and limited billing details, and we do not store full payment card data. Platform data — our course hosting provider (currently Teachable) processes enrollment and progress data. Analytics — aggregated and/or pseudonymous analytics data from analytics service providers.
For users located in the EU/EEA or UK, we process your personal data on the following legal bases under Article 6 GDPR:
We use your personal data to: create and manage your account; process and fulfill your course purchases; provide access to purchased digital content; communicate with you regarding your purchase, account, or support requests; send you course updates, new product announcements, and relevant educational content (you may unsubscribe at any time); improve our website, course offerings, and user experience; comply with applicable laws, tax obligations, and regulatory requirements; detect and prevent fraud or unauthorized access; and enforce our Terms & Conditions.
We do not sell your personal data to any third party. We may share your data with: our course platform provider (to host and deliver course content and manage enrollment); payment processor(s) (to process transactions securely — they act as independent data controllers for payment data); our email marketing platform (to send transactional and marketing communications); analytics providers (aggregated or pseudonymized data for website analytics); legal and regulatory authorities (where required by applicable law, court order, or regulatory obligation); and professional advisors (attorneys, accountants, and auditors bound by confidentiality obligations).
Where personal data is transferred to a third party, we ensure appropriate data processing agreements (including GDPR Standard Contractual Clauses where required) are in place.
CosFi LLC is based in the United States. If you are located in the EU/EEA or UK, your personal data will be transferred to and processed in the United States, which may not provide the same level of data protection as your home jurisdiction.
Where such transfers occur, we rely on appropriate safeguards including: Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission; the UK International Data Transfer Agreement (IDTA) or addendum, as applicable; and adequacy decisions issued by the European Commission or the UK Secretary of State, where applicable.
You may request details of the specific safeguards applicable to your data transfer by contacting us at the address below.
Our website uses cookies and similar tracking technologies. Cookies are small text files placed on your device to enable website functionality and analytics. We use:
When you first visit our website from the EU/EEA or UK, you will be presented with a cookie consent banner enabling you to accept or decline non-essential cookies. You may update your preferences at any time via the cookie settings link in our website footer.
We retain your personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Policy or as required by law. Specific retention periods: account and course access data — for the duration of your account and up to 3 years after your last interaction with our Services; transaction and financial records — a minimum of 7 years for tax and accounting purposes; marketing data — until you unsubscribe or withdraw consent; legal correspondence — the statutory limitation period applicable in the relevant jurisdiction.
9.1 Rights under GDPR / UK GDPR (EU/EEA and UK users): right of access (Art. 15); right to rectification (Art. 16); right to erasure / 'right to be forgotten' (Art. 17), subject to legal retention obligations; right to restriction of processing (Art. 18); right to data portability (Art. 20); right to object (Art. 21), including to direct marketing; and the right not to be subject to automated decision-making (Art. 22) — we do not use automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects.
To exercise any of these rights, please contact us at legal@cosfi.net. We will respond within 30 days (or 1 calendar month) of receiving a verifiable request. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority.
9.2 Rights for California Residents (CCPA/CPRA): If you are a California resident, you have the right to: (a) know what personal information we collect about you; (b) request deletion of your personal information; (c) opt out of the sale of personal information (we do not sell personal information); and (d) non-discrimination for exercising your rights. To submit a request, contact us at the address below.
We implement commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, loss, destruction, or alteration. These measures include encrypted data transmission (SSL/TLS), password hashing, and access controls.
However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security and are not liable for security breaches beyond our reasonable control.
Our Services are not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected data from a minor, we will take steps to delete such data promptly. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal data, please contact us immediately.
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes in our practices, legal requirements, or services. Material changes will be communicated by email to registered users and/or by a prominent notice on our website. The date at the top of this Policy reflects the date of the most recent revision.

CosFi LLC | New Mexico, United States
EU/EEA users: if you are not satisfied with our response to a data protection request, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority in your Member State of habitual residence. UK users: you may contact the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
This Refund Policy forms part of our contractual terms. It applies to all purchases made through the CosFi LLC website and is designed to comply with applicable consumer protection law, including EU Directive 2011/83/EU on Consumer Rights, the UK Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, and applicable U.S. consumer protection regulations.
Every CosFi course comes with a voluntary 30-day money-back guarantee:
If you are not satisfied for any reason, email us within the applicable 30-day window and we will refund the full purchase price — no questions asked. This guarantee applies regardless of whether course content has been accessed. Upon refund, your access to the course is revoked as described in Section 6.
This voluntary commercial guarantee is offered in addition to, and does not limit or replace, your statutory rights described in Sections 3 and 4 below.
Our products are digital, downloadable or streamed educational courses and materials delivered via an online platform. Because of the nature of digital goods, which are accessed immediately upon purchase and cannot be 'returned' in the traditional sense, sales become final once the applicable 30-day guarantee window (Section 1) has expired, except where statutory rights apply.
If you are located in the European Union or European Economic Area, you additionally have the statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 calendar days of purchase without giving any reason, pursuant to EU Directive 2011/83/EU ('Right of Withdrawal' or 'cooling-off period').
Note: our voluntary 30-day guarantee (Section 1) is broader than this statutory right, covers content that has been accessed, and applies worldwide. The statutory framework below is stated for completeness.
To exercise your statutory withdrawal right, notify us in writing at legal@cosfi.net before the expiry of the 14-day period, clearly identifying your order. Refunds will be processed within 14 calendar days of receiving your valid withdrawal notice.
If you are located in the United Kingdom, similar rights apply under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. The same 14-day cooling-off period described in Section 3 applies to UK consumers — again, alongside and not instead of our broader 30-day guarantee.
Refunds will NOT be issued in the following circumstances:
Upon issuance of a refund, your access to the relevant course(s) and any downloaded materials associated with that course will be revoked. Any downloaded materials must be deleted by you at the time of refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method for the full purchase price. Refund processing times depend on your payment provider and may take 5–14 business days to appear on your statement.
We strongly encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card issuer. In many cases, we are able to resolve issues quickly and to your satisfaction — and with a 30-day no-questions guarantee, a direct email is nearly always faster. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in: immediate suspension of your account and access to all course content; disqualification from any future goodwill refund consideration; and the Company exercising its right to contest the chargeback and provide evidence of delivery.
If you are unable to access purchased content due to technical issues on our platform (not attributable to your own device, browser, or connectivity), please contact us immediately at support@cosfi.net. We will work to resolve the issue promptly. If a technical issue cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe, a full refund will be issued regardless of the time elapsed since purchase.
To submit a refund request: email legal@cosfi.net with the subject line 'Refund Request — [Your Order Number]', including your full name, the email address used for purchase, order number, and date of purchase. No reason is required within the 30-day guarantee window.
We aim to acknowledge all refund requests within 2 business days and to issue decisions within 5 business days of receiving all necessary information.
We reserve the right to amend this Refund Policy at any time. Amendments will not apply retroactively to purchases made prior to the amendment date. Material changes will be communicated by email to registered users.
