DISCLAIMER
Last Updated: April 1, 2026
READ CAREFULLY. This Disclaimer is an integral part of the legal framework governing your use of CosFi LLC's products and services. It defines the nature and limits of the content we provide.
1. NATURE OF CONTENT — EDUCATIONAL PURPOSE ONLY
All courses, materials, workbooks, videos, audio recordings, written content, and any other resources offered by CosFi LLC under the brand names 'Cosmic Fingerprint,' 'MEET YOURSELF,' and affiliated products are provided exclusively for educational, informational, and personal development purposes. Our content draws on symbolic and archetypal frameworks from Western astrology, Jungian shadow psychology, and elemental theory as tools for self-reflection and pattern recognition in personal relationships. These frameworks are presented as educational lenses — not as predictive systems, scientific methodologies, or clinical therapies.
2. NOT PROFESSIONAL ADVICE
NOTHING contained in our courses, materials, or communications — whether written, audio, video, or live — constitutes, or is intended to constitute, professional advice of any kind. Specifically:
• NOT psychological or mental health advice: Our content is not a substitute for therapy, counseling, or psychiatric treatment. If you are experiencing mental health challenges, trauma responses, or symptoms of psychological distress, please seek qualified mental health support.
• NOT medical advice: Our content addresses emotional and relational patterns and does not address physical health, medical conditions, or pharmaceutical or therapeutic interventions.
• NOT legal advice: Nothing in our materials constitutes legal guidance. If you are dealing with legal matters, including those related to abusive relationships, consult a licensed attorney in your jurisdiction.
• NOT financial advice: Our materials do not address financial matters. Consult a qualified financial advisor for financial decisions.
• NOT a substitute for professional therapeutic or clinical support for trauma: Our content may touch on themes related to narcissistic abuse, relationship trauma, and emotional recovery. This content is experiential and educational; it is not clinical treatment for trauma, PTSD, complex trauma, or related conditions.
3. ASTROLOGY AND ARCHETYPAL FRAMEWORKS
Astrology, as presented in our courses, is a system of symbolic and archetypal interpretation with roots spanning thousands of years across multiple civilizations. We present it as a tool for self-inquiry and pattern recognition — not as a predictive science. The elemental patterns (Water, Air, Fire, Earth) and archetypal constructs discussed in our courses are metaphorical and symbolic frameworks intended to support self-awareness and reflective inquiry. Individual results, insights, and personal applications will vary significantly. We make no claim that astrological interpretation is a scientifically validated predictive methodology. Any outcomes, insights, or changes experienced as a result of engaging with our content are the result of your own reflection, self-inquiry, and personal work.
4. PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY
By accessing our Services, you acknowledge and agree that:
• You are a capable adult making your own decisions about how you engage with our content;
• You take full personal responsibility for any decisions, actions, or changes you make in your life as a result of, or inspired by, our content;
• You understand that personal growth and relational healing are complex, individual processes and that no course or program can guarantee specific outcomes;
• CosFi LLC is not responsible for any decisions you make in your personal, professional, or relational life based on engagement with our content.
5. TRAUMA-SENSITIVE CONTENT
Our course materials may address topics including, but not limited to: narcissistic abuse, emotional manipulation, codependency, relational shadow dynamics, and recovery from abusive relationships. These topics are addressed from an educational and experiential standpoint grounded in the lived experience of the course creator. If you are currently in an unsafe situation, experiencing a mental health crisis, or have a history of significant trauma, we strongly encourage you to seek support from a licensed mental health professional before, during, or in addition to engaging with our content. In the event of a crisis, please contact your local emergency services or a mental health crisis line immediately.
6. RESULTS NOT GUARANTEED
Any testimonials, case studies, or examples of personal transformation referenced in our marketing materials or course content represent individual experiences and outcomes. They are not guarantees of similar results for any individual user. Personal development outcomes depend on a multitude of individual factors including, but not limited to, personal history, commitment, application of material, and external circumstances.
7. ACCURACY OF INFORMATION
We make reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy of the content we provide. However, we do not warrant that course content will be free of errors, omissions, or inaccuracies. Astrological interpretation involves subjective analysis, and interpretive frameworks may differ across traditions and practitioners.
8. THIRD-PARTY REFERENCES
Any references to third-party books, practitioners, researchers, or methodologies within our content are for educational context only and do not constitute endorsement of those parties or their full bodies of work.

REFUND POLICY
Last Updated: April 1, 2026
This Refund Policy forms part of our contractual terms. It applies to all purchases made through the CosFi LLC website and is designed to comply with applicable consumer protection law, including EU Directive 2011/83/EU on Consumer Rights, the UK Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, and applicable U.S. consumer protection regulations.
1. DIGITAL PRODUCTS — GENERAL POLICY
Our products are digital, downloadable or streamed educational courses and materials delivered via an online platform. Because of the nature of digital goods, which are accessed immediately upon purchase and cannot be 'returned' in the traditional sense, all sales are generally final. However, we are committed to fair and transparent consumer practices and honor a structured refund framework as described below.
2. EU/EEA CONSUMER RIGHTS — 14-DAY WITHDRAWAL RIGHT
If you are located in the European Union or European Economic Area, you have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 calendar days of purchase without giving any reason, pursuant to EU Directive 2011/83/EU ('Right of Withdrawal' or 'cooling-off period').
IMPORTANT — WAIVER OF WITHDRAWAL RIGHT: If you access digital content (begin streaming, downloading, or viewing course materials) before the 14-day withdrawal period has expired, by explicitly acknowledging at the time of purchase that you wish to begin receiving the digital content immediately and understand that you thereby waive your right of withdrawal, your right of withdrawal is waived in respect of that content. We include an explicit consent checkbox at checkout for EU/EEA users confirming this waiver. If you purchase a course and do NOT access any course materials within 14 days of purchase, you retain the right to withdraw and receive a full refund, less any applicable payment processing fees. To exercise your withdrawal right (where applicable), you must notify us in writing at legal@cosfi.net before the expiry of the 14-day period, clearly identifying your order. Refunds will be processed within 14 calendar days of receiving your valid withdrawal notice.
3. UK CONSUMER RIGHTS — COOLING-OFF PERIOD
If you are located in the United Kingdom, similar rights apply under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. The same 14-day cooling-off period and waiver mechanism described in Section 2 above apply to UK consumers.
4. NON-REFUNDABLE CIRCUMSTANCES
Refunds will NOT be issued in the following circumstances:
• More than 7 calendar days have elapsed since the purchase date (except where statutory rights apply under Section 2 or 3);
• Any course content has been accessed or completed;
• You have already received a refund on a previous purchase from CosFi LLC;
• The refund request is based on general dissatisfaction with the subject matter of astrology or elemental archetypes — the nature and scope of our content is fully described on our website prior to purchase;
• The request is submitted after initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your payment provider;
• Evidence of intellectual property infringement (sharing, redistribution, reproduction of content) is found.
5. PAYMENT PROCESSING FEES
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that original payment processing fees (charged by our payment processor) are non-refundable and may be deducted from the refund amount. Refund processing times depend on your payment provider and may take 5–14 business days to appear on your statement.
6. COURSE ACCESS FOLLOWING REFUND
Upon issuance of a refund, your access to the relevant course(s) and any downloaded materials associated with that course will be revoked. Any downloaded materials must be deleted by you at the time of refund.
7. CHARGEBACKS
We strongly encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card issuer. In many cases, we are able to resolve issues quickly and to your satisfaction. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in:
• Immediate suspension of your account and access to all course content;
• Disqualification from any future goodwill refund consideration;
• The Company exercising its right to contest the chargeback and provide evidence of delivery.
8. TECHNICAL ISSUES
If you are unable to access purchased content due to technical issues on our platform (not attributable to your own device, browser, or connectivity), please contact us immediately at support@cosfi.net. We will work to resolve the issue promptly. If a technical issue cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe, a full refund will be issued regardless of the time elapsed since purchase.
9. HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND
To submit a refund request:
• Email: legal@cosfi.net
• Subject line: 'Refund Request — [Your Order Number]'
• Include: your full name, email address used for purchase, order number, date of purchase, and reason for refund. We aim to acknowledge all refund requests within 2 business days and to issue decisions within 5 business days of receiving all necessary information.
10. AMENDMENT
We reserve the right to amend this Refund Policy at any time. Amendments will not apply retroactively to purchases made prior to the amendment date. Material changes will be communicated by email to registered users.
